ME, NH, VT - Dealers Coverage

Dealers Coverage is available in the states of Maine, NH & Vermont. We can write operations which sell used autos (non-franchised), used truck & tractors, new or used snowmobiles, new or used motorcycles, new or used jet skis, or new or used ATVs. Coverages available in this program are Dealers Liability, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, Medical Payments, Dealers Physical Damage, and Garagekeepers. Used Auto Dealer Application M-2132j (ME, NH or VT) is required to bind coverage for auto dealers and Application M-2923d (ME, NH or VT) for motorcycle or recreational vehicle dealers.

CT - Dealers Coverage

Dealers Coverage is available in the state of CT. We can write dealers selling used automobiles up to 20,000 pounds gross manufacturers weight (GVW). This includes pick-up trucks, sport utility vehicles and light & medium weight trucks. Coverages available in this program are Dealers Liability, Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist, Medical Payments, Dealers Physical Damage, and Garagekeepers. BG-GA-269 Application is required to bind coverage.

ME, NH and VT - Non-Dealers Coverage

Non-Dealers Coverage is available in the states of ME, NH and VT. We can write operations which repair autos, pick-ups, sport utility vehicles, light and medium trucks. This includes operations such as auto upholstery, car washes, auto detailers, service station with repair, auto equipment installers (car alarms, cellular phones, sound systems), Mobile repair, paint & body shops, repair of jet skis, wave runners, atvs, golf carts, riding lawn mowers, and contractors or farm equiment. In some states, we even may write repair shops with towing operations, provided there are 10 units or less. Coverages available in these programs are Non-Dealers Liability, Medical Payments, and Garagekeepers. In ME, NH & VT either the Automobile Service Operations Application M-3388g or the Garage Liability Non-Dealers Service Risk Supplemental Application BG-GA-269, depending on which program is being quoted.

NY and CT - Non-Dealers Coverage

Non-Dealers Coverage is available in the states of NY and CT. We can write operations which repair autos, pick-ups, sport utility vehicles, light and medium trucks. This includes operations such as auto upholstery, car washes, auto detailers, service station with repair, auto equipment installers (car alarms, cellular phones, sound systems), Mobile repair, paint & body shops. Coverages available in this program are Non-Dealers Liability, Medical Payments, and Garagekeepers. The Garage Liability Non-Dealers Service Risk Supplemental Application BG-GA-269 is required to bind coverage.
